NEW WORK COMMUNICATION S.R.L. products and services – including images, text and software downloads (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) – are either the property of NEW WORK COMMUNICATION S.R.L. or of third parties who have granted NEW WORK COMMUNICATION S.R.L. permission to use such Content. Under no circumstances can NEW WORK COMMUNICATION S.R.L. grant you permission to use Content that is the property of third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, license or sell any Content except as expressly permitted in the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA) or by express license terms accompanying such Content or set forth in the following guidelines. Requirements for permissible uses of copyrighted content
In order for permission to be granted for a permitted use, the following four requirements must be met:
Use of the full product name
If your use includes references to a NEW WORK COMMUNICATION product or service, you must use the full name of the product or service.
Link methods
You may link to NEW WORK COMMUNICATION content using simple text links to services such as “Go here to VistaMeet.EU”.
Offensive use is prohibited
Obscene or pornographic uses are prohibited. You may not disparage, defame or slander New Communication S.R.L., its products or any other person or entity.
Authorisation by NEW WORK COMMUNICATION S.R.L.
You must include the following statement: “Used with the permission of NEW WORK COMMUNICATION S.R.L.”.
