End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the Vistameet Outlook Add-In


Note on product delimitation: This EULA applies exclusively to the software module ‘Vistameet Outlook Add-In’, which is provided for integration into Microsoft Outlook. The toolbar is an optional add-on module to the separately operated Vistameet SaaS platform, the use of which is not part of this agreement and is regulated separately. This licence agreement does not extend to functions or services of the overall Vistameet solution.

  1. grant of licence: The Vistameet Outlook Add-In (‘Software’) is provided to you by GoHunting Deutschland GmbH (‘Provider’) for use under the terms of this End User Licence Agreement (‘EULA’). The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software via the Microsoft Store for the agreed duration.
  2. restrictions on use: You may only use the software for the intended purposes. You may not modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software unless expressly permitted by law.
  3. ownership: The software remains the property of the provider. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
  4. disclaimer: The software is provided ‘as is’. The provider assumes no warranty with regard to functionality or suitability for a specific purpose.
  5. SLA by third parties: If the software is provided via value added resellers (‘VAR’) or distributors, the service level agreement (‘SLA’) can be regulated by these third parties. The Provider is not liable for the services of third parties.
  6. platform note (Microsoft Store): Distribution takes place via the Microsoft Store. For certain processes, such as authentication and payment processing, Microsoft’s terms of use and data protection apply in addition. GoHunting Deutschland GmbH accepts no liability for the availability or functionality of the Microsoft Store.
    7 Applicable law: This contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  7. changes and updates: The provider reserves the right to update, change or discontinue the provision of the software at any time. Changes to the software do not justify any warranty claims or claims for damages, provided that no essential contractual functions are permanently cancelled.

Technical support: In the event of functional errors or technical problems with the software, authorised distributors are your primary contacts and are responsible for providing technical support. GoHunting Deutschland GmbH does not provide direct end customer support if the software was purchased via distributors.
